Our proudest moment of the past year:
“Working with victims of child marriage survivors in Senga, Domboshava and empowering them with skills that have managed to improve their lives.”
Biggest challenge from the past year:
“Managing the team with a multi-campus system. We managed to counter this through a clarified coordination which allowed the team to meet every two weeks.”
Team described in one word:
Industrious.
Fadzai’s roommate introduced her to our Enactus Zimbabwe National Champion team two years ago. She now serves a financial director and presenter on her team. Being part of the presenting team and winning the 2018 National Competition is what Fadzai says is her greatest achievement. The biggest challenge? Finding ways to balance her school work, Enactus and other responsibilities as the Student Council Vice President. Fadzai is a commerce accounting major set to graduate in June 2020 with honors.

Takunda, a commerce banking and finance degree major set to graduate in 2021 with honors serves as the Project Coordinator on his Enactus team. “As a project coordinator, it is a challenge to manage my duties in two separate campuses,” says Takunda “To address this we organized joint meetings every two weeks and also conference calls via Skype to communicate.” Takunda is looking forward to networking with like-minded people from across the world at Enactus World Cup this year.
