Our proudest moment of the past year:
“Launching three new international projects and seeing them grow to positively impact the lives of hundreds of people.”
Biggest challenge from the past year:
“Strengthening communication within our team and bringing together different ideas and perspectives to meet our shared goal.”
Team described in one word:
Determined.
Three and a half years after joining Enactus, the commitment Ines has to team development and her passion for the organization led her to become the President for her team. She discovered her passion for social enterprise and learned how to become more patient through her time with her team. “Our team is incredibly diverse which sometimes means that the difference in people’s opinion can lead to conflict,” says Ines, a Social Anthropology and Development major who graduated in July of 2018. “As Team Leader, I know the only way to avoid clashes is to listen to everyone’s ideas and encourage the team to work together.” Ines is most looking forward to meeting other teams and learning from the successes and challenges they have faced from their projects at Enactus World Cup this year.

Georgi, a native of Varna, Bulgaria, is a Geography major who graduated in July of 2018. He found his place on the Enactus team on his campus when he attended an introductory meeting and the rest is history. Fast forward three and a half years and he is the outgoing Vice President and Marketing Director. His greatest accomplishment through those years: “Growing personally and professionally while working towards helping those in need and striving for goals bigger than himself.” He hopes to learn about innovative Enactus projects from around the world and have a great last experience with his team as an Enactus student at Enactus World Cup.
