Our proudest moment of the past year:
“Developing high impact projects, growing our team to 55 people in the last 6 months and expanding our knowledge in sustainable development to implement our projects.”
Biggest challenge from the past year:
“Picking project leaders because we wanted to see the commitment they have with the project and reaching communities that wanted to participate with us. We made a schedule to call and visit communities with the leaders that were committed and evaluate the viability of the project.”
Team described in one word:
Perseverance.
On her team for three years, Anaí serves as the president on our Enactus Guatamela National Champion team. Anaí says getting out of her comfort zone has been her greatest success. “Being a shy person, sometimes limits me to go and start conversations with people,” says Anaí. “Enactus has helped me overcome this and give me the tools to become more confident.” At Enactus World Cup she is looking forward to representing her university, team and country in the best way possible.
