Our proudest moment of the past year:
“Seeing people who use our products or eat our food who are finally able to escape their particular problem. Working for years up to that moment and realizing that their life changes started with nothing more than just an idea.”
Biggest challenge from the past year:
“Problems with cooperation occurred every once and a while. It improved our way of selection and working with them. When both share the same strong vision, the rest is way easier to handle.”
Team described in one word:
Love.
Johanna joined our Enactus Germany National Champion team two years ago during her first semester at her university. “Enactus appealed to me because it seemed the most appropriate and suitable initiative for me to be able to pursue my passion to help people in need.” Johanna serves as a Project Leader on her team. She says her greatest success so far has been finding the perfect cooperation partner and now, eight months later, being able to sell the team’s own products to help the socially disadvantaged and those with disabilities. Johanna is a linguistics major set to graduate in January 2020.

When Alexander’s friends invited him to join the Enactus team at their university, he knew he was in the right place. Alexander has been a member on his team for three years and serves as a Project Leader. “To provide many children of my former volunteer project in Indonesia who I know for years now with fresh vegetables and not seeing them suffer again,” is what Alexander defines as his greatest success. Alexander is an economics major set to graduate in December.
