Our proudest moment of the past year:
When we receive positive feedback and thanks from our blind friends, it makes us feel that our project is really valuable and meaningful to the society.
Biggest challenge from the past year:
Last year, after the addition of new members, the team operated five new projects. Due to the excessive number of projects, there was some imbalance in personnel allocation. To solve this problem, we established a new project operation system.
Team described in one word:
Growth
Shen is a student of Chinese Language & Literature who anticipates graduating in 2021. She has been involved with Enactus for two years and serves as the team’s Brand Manager. Shen says her biggest Enactus success was befriending blind individuals. “Through investigation and research, I have learned about their lives and discovered their needs. In addition, I have also been inspired to carry out project development.”
More about Jiamian:
Wei is a student of Economics from Chengdu, China. She serves as the team’s Project Manager and believes she was chosen to represent her team because she understands both the team and the project. At Enactus World Cup, Wei hopes to network with other students, familiarize herself with more cultures, and wave the Chinese national flag at the main stage.
