Past WC appearances
Our proudest moment of the past year:
“When receiving praise or seeing positive impacts from our target audience/beneficiaries.”
Biggest challenge from the past year:
“Insufficient working capital in the early stages of our project and difficulty in finding resources.”
Team described in one word:
Enactus’s philosophy on public welfare sparked Cai’s interest in joining her team. Three years later, Cai, a communication major set to graduate in 2020 serves as the Executive Director. “I feel great satisfaction when I see my teammates using their actions to influence more people around me,” says Cai on her greatest achievement thus far. She is looking forward to learning about different projects from other countries at Enactus World Cup this year.
More about Cai:
When Liang saw his friends generating projects and ideas aimed at helping those in need, he knew he had to get involved in Enactus. After just one year, Liang is the strategic director on his team. Enactus has helped him develop creative thinking skills. “The biggest difficulty is to develop new projects,” says Liang. “In order to deal with it, I constantly expand my project thinking.” Majoring in international finance, he plans to graduate in June 2020.
