Our proudest moment of the past year:
“We believe that it was the willpower to improve, not only in the competition but in the effective progress of our communities, it showed how much our team is united and that together we do not measure effort to generate impact. Making our team bi national champion of Enactus Brazil.”

Biggest challenge from the past year:
“It was that we needed to move many partnerships to continue our work, and in a small city was difficult, but I think our differential is that we tell progress stories, effective growth of people, today they are more educated and this reflects on the quality of life of all our beneficiaries.”

Team described in one word:

Get to Know Us:

Vice President Nayana holds herself responsible for creating an inspiring team environment that keeps her team engaged, cohesive, focused and determined. “I put it in the world; I got here with  a  lot  of  work,  effort,  dedication  and  persistence,” says Nayana.  In two years since joining her Enactus team, she says her greatest achievement has been, “contributing to the improvement of the quality of life of the people, to rescue dreams and hopes and to see the smiles on our beneficiaries faces.”

More about Nayana:

  • What I’m reading: “The Courage to be Imperfect” by Brené Brown
  • Theme song: “Treacherous Nights”
  • Who inspires me: “My grandmother (in  memoriam). It has  always  driven  me  to  fight  for the  things  I  believe,  not  to  give  up, every achievement  in  my  life  I  dedicate  to  her  and  I  am sure  she  is  very happy for everything  I  have  achieved,  with  much  effort, dedication and persistence.”
  • Enactus in one word:  Overcoming.
  • Best Enactus moment: “Participating in the first National Championship of Enactus Brazil in Rio de Janeiro in 2017.”
  • In five years, I will be… “grateful for the opportunity to be in the Enactus family.”

Connect with Nayana!

Four years ago, Kevin met with regional program managers at his university and knew Enactus was the right organization for him. “I was so enchanted with the sea of possibilities. I had never seen something so real that changed people’s lives and that has impacted my life,” says Kevin. “Enactus has taught me to be a better human being.” Kevin says that even though his team comes across challenges, they can never give up. This year, Kevin hopes to bring the best of Brazil with him for his second Enactus World Cup.

More about Kevin:

  • What I’m reading: “The Cabin”
  • Theme song: “Imagine”
  • Who inspires me: His mom.
  • Enactus in one word:  Passion.
  • Best Enactus moment: “Changing 1642 people’s lives and seeing their smile.”
  • In five years, I will be… “a seed that goes into harvesting the fruits planted in the heart of each new Enactus student.”
