Enactus University of Limerick represented Enactus and Ireland at the World Trade Center Association Foundation’s “Peace Through Trade” Competition in Mexico.

Project Moyo Nua seeks to revolutionize the agricultural practices of developing countries and decrease the economic disparities between developed and developing nations. The Moyo Nua team is in the process of designing hand held seed planters. Created through Enactus Grassroots, a pitching competition held during Enactus Ireland’s National Competition, bringing fresh ideas to stage over lunch which are then judged by the audience and the winner receives €200 in seed funding.

Moyo Nua is also part of our “Pathways to Progress” program, funded by the Citi Foundation, and was recently featured in Forbes. As part of the Pathways to Progress program, Moyo Nua has also received €840 seed funding, training and a dedicated Citi mentor.
