Rajin Alqallih-Van der Zijde is the Assistant Director of Programs in the Enactus Global team. She works closely with the Enactus network on impact measurement, curriculum development, network needs, and capacity building. Prior to joining Enactus, Rajin worked with several UN organizations (UNHCR, IOM) and NGOs like Oxfam Novib and PAX. Her work has spanned critical themes including migration, peace-building, women, peace, and security (WPS), and youth engagement in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Rajin holds a BA in Business Administration & Economics from Damascus University, and a Masters Degree in Social Justice: Human Rights, Gender, and Conflict Studies from Erasmus University (Institute of Social Studies).
